Role: Lead Designer

Working with Lunchtime was extremely positive and recharged my love for iteration. The team is enthusiastic and led by industry vets and professionals. I joined Lunchtime as their multiplayer designer but was soon promoted to Lead.

In this role I participated in exective meetings, drafted feature proposals, finalized design decisions into specifications for implementation, and took on multiplayer balancing.

Highlights

  • Worked directly with CEO to establish product vision

  • Mentored Junior Designers

  • Showcased the game for live testers at PAX convention
